RCSD Parks - Measure A  Mail in only vote

VOTE NO

A
yes vote will levying a parcel tax of $119 per improved parcel of land and $99 per unimproved parcel of land, with a 3 percent automatic annual increase, to fund parks  in the district. With a promise to borrow up to $5 million dollars to build a new park.

RCSD parks is already $2.8 million dollars in debt, with nothing to show for it.

It's time for RCSD to get out of parks and give it back to Kern County.  We already pay for parks in our taxes to Kern County.
